Who we are
Echelon Seven LLC is a veteran-owned AI automation consulting firm based in Hendersonville, TN. Site operator: Aaron De Young. Contact: aaron@echelonseven.com.
What we collect
- Email + name + message when you submit our contact / Recon Audit Brief form.
- UTM tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) if present in the URL.
- Page path + referrer at the moment of form submission, for attribution.
- IP address + user agent at the moment of form submission, for spam protection and rate limiting.
- Anonymous page visits via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
Solely to (a) deliver the Recon Audit Brief or service you requested, (b) follow up about a consulting engagement, and (c) understand which marketing channels work. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for retargeting ads.
How long we keep it
Email + form submissions: 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated metrics retained per Cloudflare's policy; no individual records.
Sub-processors
- Cloudflare — site hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, bot management, web analytics.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (Recon Audit Brief, follow-up replies).
- Google Workspace — our inbox provider for replies you send back.
Your rights
Email aaron@echelonseven.com to: see what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. We honor CCPA and CAN-SPAM requests. If you're in the EU/UK we'll handle GDPR Subject Access Requests within 30 days — though we're a US-based business and do not actively market in the EU.

Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post a note on the homepage. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
